Sorry but this candidate is not electable, Baron Hill is the most logical choice and best cance to defeat Sodrel
No need to apologize for your lack of faith in the grassroots; just don't expect everyone else to agree. I think we have a better chance to beat Mr. Sodrel with a candidate who represents a clear difference in vision and philosophy.
And I think that focusing on the mysterious notion of "electability" will get you just what you deserve: fewer and fewer Democrats who stand up for less and less.
this campaign is a joke, there is no way that someone with no $ and no paty backing can beat sodrel, Hill all the way
Dear Anonymous,
How many elections do democrats need to lose before they abandon this bizarre notion of "electability"? I long for a candidate to vote FOR. Too often, my choice at the polls comes down to the lesser of two evils. A Clearwater victory will force Sodrel to campaign on the issues, something he is loathe to do from his voting and campaigning history. Contrary to conventional wisdom from the party elite, voters do care about the issues, and are desperate to get behind a candidate they can believe in. Clearwater is the only candidate that people will get excited about and make the effort to show up and vote for. Sodrel will rely on his money and his party's ability to manipulate the public, but never underestimate the power of the grassroots.
clearwater will be lucky to get 10%.
